Tracy started her dance training at the age of six at Dance Time Connection. She is trained in Jazz, Tap, Contemporary/lyrical, Ballet, Hip Hop and Acrobatics. Tracy has completed her R.A.D ballet exams from
Tracy Spence

primary through to her Major exams, and also attained her qualifications as a Glenn Wood Tap (G.W.T) teacher and a certified teacher with Acrobatic Arts, Tracy is in the process of attaining her teachers certificate with A.T.O.D. Tracy has been trained by Naticha Celio, Glenn Wood, Robin Kirkland, Shari Ode and many more great teachers. Tracy has competed in many eisteddfods and competitions with great results throughout her years of dancing, also competing in Las Vegas and dancing at Disneyland. During her High School years she performed at Met West dance festivals, Sate dance festivals, in Rock Eisteddfods and at School Spectacular. She also danced at the opening of the Olympic Aquatic centre at Homebush. Tracy has danced in a NRL Grand finale, did cheerleading for NSW Rugby Union, was a club circuit dancer for singers Joseph Fiamano and Johnny Russell. She was a dancer for a corporate function show group, was in an Australian movie and performed in an Opera musical at the Opera House. Tracy owned a studio in Sydney called Movin on up Productions for 6 years before moving down to the South Coast. In May 2011 Tracy opened up Kicks Danceforce.
Kelly Lambert

Kelly began dancing at the age of 4yrs old and has now been teaching dance for almost 20 years in private dance
studios, public schools and has mentored many aspiring dancers to become teachers. She has completed her Advanced level 1/teacher level Cecchetti Ballet exams with high results, completed her NSW highschool certificate in Dance and has a Certificate III in Dance Teaching and recreational activity. She has a passion for choreography and is highly trained in Ballet/Pointe,Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical and Hip Hop.
Fun fact: Tracy taught Kelly Jazz and Lyrical/contemporary for most of her teen years!

Mia Bartolo
Mia started dancing at Kicks dance force at the age of three in Tiny Tots. She is trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary,
Hiphop, Acrobatics, Tap, Stretch and Technique, and began competing at the age of 13 and has been student teaching for 3 years at Kicks Danceforce. Mia has studied dance in high school from year 9 to 12 and performed in events like Southern Stars and the Far South Coast Dance Festival and has also attended major dance conventions like Light the Way and the Australian Dance Festival.
Mia's favourite styles are Hip Hop and Commercial Jazz.
Kayla O'Connor
Kayla O’Connor started her dance training at the age of two years old at “The Berry School of Dance”. She has trained
in all styles of dance including Jazz, Contemporary/Lyrical, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre and Ballet. Kayla has undertaken exams in the A.T.O.D and Cecchetti Ballet syllabuses. Kayla danced with Kicks Danceforce from 2011-2020 and was apart of their competition team. Kayla studied dance for her HSC and received a callback for her ‘core performance’. In 2021 Kayla trained at “Ettingshausens Pro” in Sydney and gained her Certificate IV in Dance. Kayla will continue to further her qualifications in the fields of teaching and fitness in the upcoming year. Kayla has taught at Kicks Danceforce since 2018 but she is excited to be continue teaching for another year!


Kiah Condie
Kiah started dancing at Kicks Danceforce at the age of 9. and started competing at the age of 11. Kiah is trained in Ballet,
Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Hiphop, Tap, Acrobatics, Stretch Strength and Technique and has been student teaching for 1 year. Kiah has studied dance in high school since year 9 and has done multiple tap and ballet exams. Kiah has been a part of Southern Stars Performing Company, Illawarra South East Regional Performing Ensemble and the Far South Coast Secondary Dance Ensemble. Kiah has attended many workshops and major dance conventions like Light the Way and the Australian Dance Festival.
Kiah was awarded 2024 Kicks Danceforce Dancer of the Year for her dedication and hard work.
